DIY Network TV Series, "Be Your Own Contractor: Vacation Homes"

The DIY Network has a very nice TV Series available on some cable companies and sattellite tv providers.  The series is currently running with a topic of Vacation Homes, helping viewers understand what areas you may be able to do your self or hire contractors to perform specific areas of the building process.

With a 2nd Home or Vacation Home, time may not be a priority for completion.  If this is the case the owner can do more work themselves in the evenings or weekends.  With a vacation home there are tips for enhancing the home for attracting clientel to rent your home rather than another home.  Other tips can be to finding the right price for the time of the year with what is available in the house, or attractions in the area.
